Quality teachers as well as substitutes, are linked to student achievement. The notion of substitutes as less qualified or less important is wholly incorrect. Substitutes are equally qualified professionals. Their flexibility and willingness to fill last minute needs is necessary to the efficient operations of every school, regardless of size or demographics. Every day a sub cannot be sourced, or a sub is placed who lacks the experience and demeanor to carry out their duties, the students suffer and the district essentially wastes their hard-won funding.

PrecisionHR places a priority on sourcing and retaining substitute staff who have the knowledge and personality to fit into a school’s culture seamlessly. Both transitioning and new hires undergo rigorous credentialing and assessments to ensure that they are able to handle the demands of their assignments. New hires also go through district-specific orientations so that they are aware of nuances that may differ from previous experiences.
